colin kolles was instrumental in the team's decline from being solid midfielders to being the perennial backmarkers of F1!
his inability to bring in sponsorship, to run the team finances, to attract and manage good drivers brought ruin on the team.
vijay mallya has done the right thing by kicking kolles out. this is in no way a reflection on kolles, for running an F1 squad is not exactly what dentists learn at dentist school!!!

@tyrell, dude are you drunk? mallya took the team by the scruff of its neck, made some tough decisions, kicked out gascoyne, got the right guys in AND steered his squad to pole and a podium in his 2nd year of ownership. if anyone in F1 can achieve that it's Mallya.

You mean Farce India. They keep losing key personnel and may wind up next year pretty close to last on the grid.Don't know what Mallya thinks he is doing but running an F1 team is not his strong point.Won't be long before the team gets sold-give it maybe 3 years at best.

I thought he was running a Le Mans team as he was out of FIF1?
Well it seems he must have been in some kind of contract with FIF1 which finally ended now...

@Tyrrell: I don't think it will make any difference, he had very little involvement this year anyway!
