he is totally right. to claim to hold a "hearing" inviting people to it, but deciding the verdict and sentence before it, is a total miscarriage of jstice.

I fully agree that Flav is a snake but he is right about the hearing being a complete sham. I don't know of anywhere in the world that justice is served in this manner. Todt won't help matters either.

I find it amazing that any true motorsport fan wants to give this guy a shot at getting his sentance reduced. It is undeniable that him being out of F1 is good. He is an odious obnoxious orange fat jobie in the F1 paddock and it took them long enough to scoop him up. His guilt is obvious, confirmed by him not even turning up to his FIA hearing. His position was obviously undefendable thus why he didn't turn-up. Goodbye Flabbio, and never darked the door of F1 or motorsport ever again.

He was already deemed guilty before the monkey court date. And there are many still in F1 with the same set of morals. MANY

It doesn't matter what your opinion of Flavio is the hearings were just a sham and the verdict handed down by people with a vested interest in getting rid of him

andrew. making up insults against someone you dont take a liking to, is rather puerile. how would you feel if we all called you an odious, obnoxius, orange , fat jobie ( whatever that is), i am sure that you would not be very happy.

richard - I never realised that you are so sensitive. You sure do like the grandfatherly advise.

I have been called worse and have called others a lot worse. Regardless of the FIA hearing, I cannot understand how an educated person can actually stand-up for this guy. He is as bad as Mosley.

I suggest you do a web search for a "jobie". It is an archaic Scottish word and dates back to the time of Robert the Bruce.

Regardless of your feelings about the situation or about Flav you cannot deny someone fair treatment by trial. This was a travesty and no one can say that he deserves what he got when he was never even tried properly. After a proper trial you can give whatever penalty you think just but deciding before ever speaking to the person in question mean while giving a major player in the situation full immunity is a load of crap.

This whole situation was used by Max to get rid of Flav who has been one of Max's Biggest Critics.

Fair is fair but then again this is F1 ...
