BRITFAN - I think the likelihood of a French court finding against a Paris-based organization which contributes to le gloire de la belle France is highly improbable. I would personally like to see Flav well and truely kick FIAsco's R's but I don't want the cheat back in F1.

I don't want the ban to be lifted simply coz I don't think Flavio should be allowed anywhere the sport ever again, on the other hand it would be pretty funny if the ban was lifted but noone wanted him anywhere near their team anyway. He's not exactly great when trying to gain sponsors is he?!

If he is confident then he has probably been tipped the wink by Bernie. Wonder how much palm greasing (or any other part of the anatomy) has gone on with regards to this deal?
