Good for him that he's not disappointed. As I posted elsewhere, if Chandhok's good enough, he'll get offered an F1 test sometime - it doesn't have to be a case of Force India or nothing.

cardinal.conversely, if hes not good enough, he wont be offered a test drive. his best hope was with mallya, but if he doesnt think that chandhok is good enough, i cant see anyone else offering him a test. he needs to get into f2 and try to make a name for himself there.

You can prove someone's mettle only through putting him to test.VJM can very well give a test but he is worried that he has to inevitably offer the seat if Karun impresses(which he does)but definitely will not be a pay driver.
He constantly keeps telling that Indian drivers are not good.@Mallya,if you are soo confident then why not offer a test and let the truth come out.In a country like India where autosport is a forbidden fruit a handful of people are racing at international level, can't you just offer one test and let billions of people have a cheap thrill of seeing an Indian driving a Team India car.
The fact is,everything is sold in F1,test drives, race seats, results and VJ is no diff.
