Portugal's Alvaro Parente is being tipped to beat both Vitaly Petrov and Pastor Maldonado to partner Bruno Senna at Campos Meta in 2010.

2 rookies seems like a mistake for a rookie team. Maybe it all comes down to funding, but I can't imagine them being able to get the best out of the car without an experienced driver on hand.

Parente is a good driver. He deserves to be in F1, it's a good shout by Campos if he goes there. Two rookies in a new team could be risky, but both Parente and Senna have got what it takes. I hope this happens. Pity someone didnt give the guy a run at the young driver tests.

Parente is a good prospect for any of the new teams.

He won, in great style, the British F3 title with Carlin, one event before finish, despite missing first round e any pre-season testing. In World Series Renault he won with Tech 1, whom he took from the end of the grid to winning races and titles. Then he won in Spa, the feature race, with ORT, that was the only team taht never won a GP2 race before.

A rare combination of speed and technical development capacity, very useful to new kids on the block

I'd back this team to be best of the newbies.
