This is a joke, why no fine. ITV should be forced to honour the prizes and then double the 130K revenue should go to charity. It is only becuase ITV is skint that they have been let off.

yes its a joke. they will allow disgruntled voters to claim back their money. well, who on earth is going to go to the trouble of claiming back their £1?? it would cost more to get it back. so itv will hold on to the money. all this should be given to charity and, as mr t says, a further amount donated as well!

Well i don,t think this is a joke at all far from it . I think it is a criminal act .How can you get away with fleecing so much money out of people and then be allowed to get away with it with nothing more than a telling off as if its a naughty boy act.TV companies and their associates have been taking us to the cleaners for long enough. Why do you think these phone in competitions and reality rubbish are so popular with these companies. Simple they make huge amounts out of them. And if you claim a system failure no one will know how much exactly is creamed off.I will never spend another penny with these people i would rather lose it at the bookies.

rick. dial a premium rate line that charges £1 per minute, be put on hold for 10 mins, and then be told to send a stamped addressed envelope to an address. so it will coat you £11.20 to recover your £1. great value!!
