While Stefano Domenicali of FERRARI was explaining the possibility of there being points for pole and fastest lap next year he also said, the BRAZILIAN (PIQUET) should not be allowed to return after what he did.
Classic or not so classic.
For the 86 championship PIQUET SENIOR was interviewed and asked how he was going to win the title, well first of all I will try to push MANSELL in the first corner.

With the finacial situation as it is, especially for new teams in F1 all vying for limited funds and sponsorship deals, the quote by Campos not wanting an all Brazilian line-up strikes more of an excuse not to lose sponsors who would not want to be associated with a known cheat, who would not only risk the brand name, but was preparedto risk the lives of others for his own selfish motives,i would do just the same if i was incharge of the teamand not hire Piquet.
I cannot see Piquet Jr getting a drive this year or for the forseable future, or ever not matter how much influence or money his father has. Piquet brought this situation upon himself and as such has to reap the rewards.

I wonder what the other offers (money) that are getting put on their table are. Cannot understand the "we don't want an all Brazilian line-up" comment. I don't see why that would be a problem. I thought Brazil produced some pretty good drivers over the years.

Ashley, I don't think they have anything against Brazilian drivers per se. They need sponsorship and exposure in other countries, if they are to become a global player through F1. They also need to sell cars and sponsors' products in those countries and worldwide.
