Wow, what a drama... I am shocked by the verdict, wasnt expecting that at all. No one wants him back apart from Luca and Alonso.

As FIA appealed, the Ban stays until the appeal verdict is given - I think it may be foolish to bet against Max and Jean overturning the decision

billy, i certainly was not shocked by the verdict, as i always believed that briatore was victimised by a kangaroo court that had no legal authority to intefere with commercil law. i am not a lawyer, but the whole thing stank. further, i had only heard that fia MIGHT appeal, but i think they would be stupid to do so. but there again, they are not very clever, are they?
there also seem to be some posters who think that the french legal authotities are corrupt. that is a very dangerous allegation!
briatore does deserve punishment for what he conspired in, but how could he be banned for life, and the actual tool, get off scot free???
i am glad mosley has got his comeuppance.

MAKE THE EVIDENCE PUBLIC!!! Just because their bans were absolved on a technicality doesnt make either Symonds or Flava Flav innocent (or guilty for that matter). Whats to say that their bans werent just a direct result of a spoiled backmarker getting the boot and a ****** *** trying to win a pissing contest? Im not here to support Flavio, i find the man revolting to look at and listen to, but until the evidence that Mosley/the FIA used to impose these bans is shown to the people who matter (the fans!) then how can we come to any rational conclusion as to what truly happened in Singapore? Who are we to say whos guilty (other than Nelsinho, OBVIOUSLY)and whos innocent?
