FIA: "the FIA intends to consider appropriate actions to ensure that no persons who would engage, or who have engaged, in such dangerous activities or acts of intentional cheating will be allowed to participate in Formula 1 in the future."

Let's see if they apply this to Nelson Piquet Junior. If not then the FIA are liars and hypocrits.

If the FIA do not go after this it will show that they either have a weak case or that they are truly corrupt.

I for one would have no faith in a governing body that does not pursue cheating on a scale of this magnitude.

Bit of a gamble seeing as they just lost in the French court. There is a big risk of Mosley getting a right ... you can pretty much gues where I'm going with this.

But seriously, the FIA/Mosley won't want to loose again and be made to look daft.

The FIA itself has vitiated the process from the very beginning, that's what happens when one gets blinded by opportunism for ulterior motives such as vendettas and what should have been a good case is lost and screwed up.
