"The update we have planned for Spain will see a boost in performance when we reach Barcelona which will give us the chance to start fighting with the slowest of the established teams which, given progress so far, has to be our next goal."

Being unnecessarily over optimistic as usual given that he has no idea at this point where they are against their rivals yet thinks the updates for Spain is good enough to challenge the slowest established teams.

He should get past testing first then talk and he shouldn't talk about Spain until at a few races done.

The front running teams like Merc (Nick Fry) don't overpromise like Gascoyne. They are in fact conservative on their outlook.

Unless he has some magic new development I think he forgets that all teams also perfect and develop their cars too during the season...
Anyway, I do wish them the best of luck... definitely have a good pair of drivers to start them off.
