F1 » Piquet: I had an offer to return to F1 in 2010

Nelsinho Piquet has claimed that he did have the option to return to F1 in 2010 following his ignominious departure in the wake of the 'Singapore-gate' race-fixing scandal - but by then he was simply 'sick and tired' of it all

Not that I REALLY know what happened last year with NP Jr, and what his role was in the 'crash saga', but I for once will be judgemental and would not want him, even if he was coming to my F1 team for free.

No Thank You :-).

How true is his statement?

Ha! I can see the hate towards NP on this forum is nearly as bad the the hate towards LH???
You'll be surprised what your boss can make you do when your under pressure. Do I forgive NP? Not at all, he should have had more backbone. but he was right to blow the lid. It was right for Flav to be exposed

Come back as Mosley's mole.. thats all he will get. If Flav did ask him to crash, and it is only his word as no real evidence like radio transmissions have come to light then he should just have said NO!!!

At first I was sorry for him but his judgement is flawed to do this.
Even under pressure by FB there is no excuse. I wonder though if it entered his mind at the time that he would have a hold over FB by crashing.
