F1 » Angry Schumi rejects claims he doesn't race fair

He has been back in the F1 spotlight for barely a month, but already Mercedes Grand Prix 2010 signing Michael Schumacher has found himself on the receiving end of some rather uncomfortable questions...

JET, Toy was leaving if they did not get a win. Are they still on the grid? The dumba$$es couldn't even get a win with a huge head start. Hari kari would have been a nicer way out. DID you see Howett on the Xmas card from Bernie. Who was he in the boat with. COme on.

Its not WHAT you ask, but also WHERE WHEN and HOW you ask it. Its called respected journalism.

It was neither the time nor the place to ask, and the journos tone was less than respectful.
Its trial by media nowadays, and journos are the instruments of it. He crossed the line of decency....

How convenient for you and your fairytale.

Apart from the GLARING fact that Toyota left after its AGM on the 4th of NOVEMBER a full 5 months after the FIA FOTA war.
They also had a fully designed 2010 car ready to go(sold to stepan GP). Toyota decided to leave once the war was over rob!!!!!!!

The truth is IF it was a GIFT, Howett and toyota would have used it to stab Max in the back! AGolden Bullet if you like.

But they didnt, Because Max did not give toyota (or anyone else) F all.

JET, where journalism is concerned there is NO WHAT, WHEN, WHERE and HOW. It does not exist in the world of journalism even top notch reporters ask tough questions no matter the venue. The only thing Michael can do is answer the questions and keep a cool head.

Not this old chesnut again. Seems like some hack trying to get a reaction rather than honest jouranism. As I have said before, Schumacher was nnot worse than Senna yet one is held up as a god and the other is put down at every opportunity. You don't become the most successful in your field by being nice. It's motor racing FFS. Would some people rather see the cars finish in qualifying order rather than close racing?

Accruid - A launch is not the correct venue for this type of question. If that is going to be the tactic then they will stop allowing any questions at a launch. It kind of reminds me of when Jim Gray (thanks wiki) asked Pete Rose about betting on baseball during a moment that was about celebrating the game. Other players then refused to answer questions from this hack.

When reporters do this it makes them look bad and creates sympathy for the one they are trying to knock down.
