On a more serious tone,Skew the weight 60/40 to the rear of the car make it a little heavier, raise the center of gravity,fix the wheel base fix the airo to give very little downforce increase tire diameters by at least 3/4 inches create harder rubbers to nearly last say 80/85% of the full gp distance... AND... Getlemen START YOUR ENGINES!!! :p@ :p :p :p :p :p :p :p
