Kimi Raikkonen's competitive rallying debut for Citroën does not last long, as the 2007 F1 World Champion crashes out of the Arctic Lapland Rally on only stage two - but not before catching the eye first...

He crashed in the 2nd stage, mainly cosmetic damage and got stuck, lost 31min, but was able to continue normaly for the rest of the stages. Although being late and getting an additional time penalty.

On average Kimi lost 1s or just under 1s per km to Sordo.

Kimi heard a pace note wrong so he approached a 3 right at 5 right speeds which caused the crash on stage 2.

Without the crash he would've finished 2nd in the rally I think. According to the co-driver Kimi's car didn't have a stiff enough suspension setup so they couldn't push on faster sections.

According to Gardemeister's co-driver Kimi could finish 7th or 8th at Rally Sweden.
