F1 » EXCLUSIVE Trulli: Lotus began as a compromise...now it's a home

To drive an f1 car you have to be good. Trulli is good, but nowhere near great. Having spent several years being paid a fortune to run around mid-pack in the most heavily backed cars, this will hopefully be his last year. Of course, he now has the perfect excuse for non-performance, as do all the twilight F1 has-beens, or never-were, who scrambled a seat in one of the new teams.

Its great to have so many new teams this season, all of them claiming that they will be very strong, that they have the right people with experience and so on...However most of them will be running midfield in best case scenario unless they show something revolutionary in their aero...I mean what is all this talking about, when we all know which are the strong teams with the potential for podiums. My only hope is that some of the newcommers eventually manages to chalange the top teams, otherwise there is no point
