Sometimes the reasoning/logic/interpretations of some people amaze me, the board of directors of Brawn GP whom all held shares and so had voting power had to resign once they no longer held sheres.
If it's not a company that has to thrust some directors to vote, Is anybody on this page willing to invest his money and give a vote to someone else what to do with his money?
The new shareholders for Mercedes GP are, Mercedes 45%, represented by Joachin Schmidt, Thomas Weber and Norbert Huag, another 30% belongs to Abar investments they are represented by David Forbes and Mohamed Al Husseiny, Ross Brawn holds 25%.
Before Mercedes buyout the shareholding at Brawn was, Brawn 54%, Fry 31%, Kerr 8%, Mcgrory 3%, Marsden 3%, Blair 1%.
On sell out Brawn got 25.9m, Fry 14.9m, Kerr 3.8m, Mcgrory 1.4m, Marsden,1.4m, and Blair 470k.
