Dream start!! Is that because we all fell asleep!

They will have to lift the rev limit ban for the next race, or the snoring from the fans will drown out the engines.

Type formula 1 into a thesaurus and look what you get:

arid, bomb, bromidic, bummer, characterless, cloying, colorless, commonplace, dead, drab, drag, drudging, dull, flat, ho hum, humdrum, insipid, interminable, irksome, lifeless, monotonous, moth-eaten, mundane, nothing, nowhere, platitudinous, plebeian, prosaic, repetitious, routine, spiritless, stale, stereotyped, stodgy, stuffy, stupid, tame, tedious, threadbare, tiresome, tiring, trite, unexciting, uninteresting, unvaried, vapid, wearisome, well-worn, ze

I'm glad he won, but he's comments after the race were rather annoying IMO. He's trying too hard to compliment everyone at Ferrari to be a part of the 'family', and avoid Kimi's mistake of not complimenting every single person who works at Ferrari.

What absolute dross!
This whole joke of a "race" made a mockery of f1 and most of all the fans.
It doesn't take a genius to work out the pattern of racing now. Pit, see where you are and stay "to collect points" barring mechanical issues.

Rip f1 and thanks a bunch for removing an unpredictable variable max!

Indy cars here I come.

Boring! Alonso lucked into the win.
The new points system really worked in making the drivers at least attempt to overtake I don't think so.
FIA really needs a rethink somewhere or so many people will turn off.
Over a minute seperating top 10 is shocking.

if this race is indicative of the season f1 doesn't have a long future ahead of it.

drivers not going full out because they have to conserve fuel and tyres? quali deciding the race baring mechanical failure. where is the drama and spectacle?

Bridgestone need to revise the tyre compounds to force the teams to have to make multiple stops during the race.

This no refueling has turned the sport into a leisurely sunday drive. With everyone looking after tires the race was quite dull.

I'm now mainly going to critique Rosberg. Yes he beat the old man in pace today but at the end of the day, if Rosberg can't get by a limping Red Bull, I can't ever see him winning a race. His car isn't at Red Bull and Ferrari's level but when a gift to gain points comes along and you fail like that, how on earth does he expect to challenge and pass cars at full strength?
Schumacher looked decent today. I imagine it will take him at least two more races to get back in the groove. A decent sixth will keep him in the mix while he gets back into his zone.
