Vijay Mallaya didn't consider Narain K. either while Frank WIlliams did, shows you how much he really knows about F1. Hired some has been called 'Fisi' who couldn't win in a McLaren if it were jammed down his throat. VM should hire at least one Indian if he is to call the team 'Force India' for heaven's sake and strut around in the colors of the Indian Flag. Else call the team 'Kingfisher' with like product colors, if not milking the Indian connection in India for all it is worth. That's the complaint here. Likewise HRT should have hired at least one Spanish driver, USF1 should have hired at least Scott Speed and Danica P. They would have got the funding at been on the grid by now...

sorry but i disagree..why would any team no matter how nationality based it is hire Karun Chandhok??
he is below average personified
and everyone here talks as if Force India is a lower card team..NO,its not..
Force India is now a big time player. If you dont know it yet, they have all the facilities in place and will likely become a top team by 2011..This year, they will easily make the top5 teams and on par if not faster than williams..They can now get a world class driver who has the capability to score regular points..why would they opt for this guy??thats insane,no way..
when an Indian driver who is worthy of a top drive comes into the F1 scene then Vijay will hire him.

that guy. why should teams hire someone who has a specific nationality? that is not what racing is about. it should be about the best driver for the team. that is, unless you are a pay driver.
