New-comers like him think that they can demand respect from their peers & the sports from day one. They don't understand how many years it took people like Frank Williams, Ron Dennis, Ross Brawn, etc...to labor before they won the recognition & respect they enjoy today.

Go Lotus Go! I think its time for F1 and other 2 wheel motorsports to get real. Its good to see ''normal'' people running teams, competing and trying to help us have a good time, if i had the money i would realy like to do the same as them.
