I wonder where he has filed the suit? In osme jurisdictions, the onus would be on Briatore to prove Piquet's guiult whilst in others it would be on Piquet to prove the statement was libelous. I suspect that Briatore will respond by filing a countersuit against Piquet for libelling him by saying he ordered the crash. I'd say the Piquets are taking a dangerous path. I doubt he can prove his claim that Briatore ordered the crash. However, it may be easier for Briatore to prove his claim that the Piquets tried to hold him and Renault to ransom.

Hey Nelson Jr,this is how you want history to record your life? What a fool you are, right in there with the likes of Lewis Hamilton,Mr Liegate, and now you are branded Mr Crashgate and thats for Life,no matter who you sue that black mark will follow you no matter where you go.And like Lewis Hamilton there is a trust issue hanging over your head.Accept that you are NOT your father, the driving talent gene was not passed to you or you would not be running around with your tail in between your legs.
