Blundell might be missing but 18 other internationals are visiting to have a drive of our V8 Supercars including Jacques Villeneuve. Buurdais,.

Drivers from 12 different nationalities and differing world categories.

Villeneuve is entered by David Richards(Prodrive) and will drive a Ford under the banner Ford Performance Racing whom prodrive control. Andy Priaulx will be with 888, Mika Sato with Walkinshaw and so on. A real star line-up will partner our drivers.

Gidday Sunny,

Yeah Typo error Mika Salo.

And Walkinshaw is Uncle Tom who is the franchise holder Holden Racing Team (HRT) plus his own independant Bundaberg Red Racing.

Have a look under V8 on this forum which gives you some insight.

Otherwise Aust site www.speedcafe.com.au

Quite a line-up of drivers.

Cheers mate. Hope you are well.

I had no idea this otherwise nice guy (though never met him in person) could have such heavy business commitments. I would jump at the chance to go 'down under' for business!!!! :) :D

Hello Richard. This is going to be quite a event.

This year F1 clashes with our series however they are working on next year.

This driver line-up is purely for the Gold Coast. Some Drivers will also be doing P.I and the Mount however depends on the WTCC and which direction they take with their calender following the cancellation of Mexico.
Mate I have been around however their appears to be a lot of animosity on this site at the moment and prefer not to comment and enter a arguement. Call me docile..
Hope you have been well.
It looks like F1 and our category are becoming closer with future events announced for the future to coincide with F1-.Korea/HongKong/Singapore/

India and South Africa. As the contracts with Bahrain and AbuDhabi expire they will not be renewed.

FOM and our series are apparently working together since Whittaker (Ex CEO-Bahrain) has become C.E.O. of our series.

All up in the air at the moment and to be clarified..

To John -Blundell was not the only international to miss the cut. Their were six with him of big names and to put it correctly were not chosen by the teams.

Regards/ Hopefully will be chatting in due course.
