All fine and good but who is paying for all this? Sure its not Damon Hill, Jackie Stewart & Co and I doubt Bernie (Ecclestone) is not digging into HIS pockets...As for HRH, Duke of York....Now I smell snobbery here. Is it us poor taxpayers? Please god dont let me see the poor taxpayers paying for this :? :? :?

its not good for the rest of the tracks in the country that silverstone has a monopoly of all 3 big events.

we will become a one track nation if thats the case, and that would be terrible.

SBK should be brands no question. the place rocks when it had the event in august

F1-should be at silverstone

& Moto GP at donnington, tho having never been there im not the person to judge it. but from tv it seems to work ok.

not all at one place.

Richard Phillips makes me laugh. What the bloody hell does he know about what makes a race track 'ballsy'. The guy has NEVER sat in a race car and I doubt he ever drove the old circuit let alone this new one.

Watched the GT race there on the tube last weekend. Interesting layout for the GT cars, but the "brave and ballsy" description is pure, unadultered merde.
