Ferrari has been fined $20,000 for the unsafe release that saw Fernando Alonso and Nico Rosberg come close to colliding in the Barcelona pit-lane.

almost exactly the same type of release as occurred in the last race, yet nobody was fined for that!
vettel did not radio in that someone should be penalised, but when nico does so, the fia jumps to the merc tune. the same rules should be applied to ALL!
