The "cost" is only a subsidy to the real cost. I am sure Michelin has calculated how much the advertising value and exposure is worth.
Did Bridgestone say how much the actual cost was per team per season ?

Bridgestone provides the tires for FREE..
It is to be noted that Bridgestone supplies the tires for testing and races free of charge while spending an estimated 120 million dollars per year on the F1 program.
