Sure the is a lot that we as fans not know bud as a business men I gues that bernie has in the contracts with the tv stations an circuits a minimun number of teams and more money if he bring more so losing one is costing him money and that he hate to loose not a team. Secondly the commercial value of senna in brazilin and the other in india is worth far more than the money hrt is worth so YES he wil sort HIS problem out the commercial value of the richts and the marketing value of the 2 drivers in F1 most promesing markets

if bernie wants to "save" hrt, maybe he should dip into his pockets and help them out , thus using some of his ill gotten gains and putting them back into the sport. but the team is so low key that i doubt that anyone would be interested in it. oh, i forgot, stefanovitch is still looking to get into f1. he may wake up some morning to find a horses head in his bed!

fish fingers - you felt his aura? I hope he didn't mind too much and the curtains were drawn (ooh er missus!) .

Even if I did say it to his face (in the 1 in 1,000,000 chance that I ever meet the guy) all I have to do is outstretch my arm and put my hand on his head and he won't get near me. Either that or I just wave a tenner in front of him for 10 minutes and that'll calm him down. Besides, he is only 2 foot tall so what's the worst he can do? He's more at risk of being trampled! :D

Seriously, I'm not surprised that there are money problems for the new teams. They were conned to an extent to signed up to cheap F1 and cheap F1 didn't happen thankfully.

Bernie's money usually puts a team in his pocket. Come Concorde time the old boy calls his markers. Williams took a load of cash from Bernie last year. He will slowly put teams in his pocket for future use.

Andrew, come on, only a tenner. Bernie blows his nose in a tenner. Better make it a hundred if you want his attention.

He will bail out HRT and he will call in the marker at some point in time. That is as good as gold anywhere.
