If the decision is upheld, which I think it will be, people will cry Ferrari favoritism. If it is overturned,people will cry about Todt favoring Schumacher/Brawn. It's a no win situation.

And Richard, I'm in the same boat as you. Completely agree.

Quite honestly, I don't think Brawn have a hope at an FIA appeal where pride comes before reason and common sense.

They may stand a chance in a proper court of law, but I guess that they would reckon on the FIA getting their own back one way or another.

I say get rid of the white line.

It's my understanding you can't appeal against the penalty, but rather the decision. So even if it was ruler in there favour, the result would stand. Am I right or making it up???

Don't be so stupid!
If you appeal the decision and they find in your favour then the decision is overturned along with the penalty.

Insomniac you need to sleep on this before posting anything else. Think first then maybe you won't have to post at all. !!?
