How many constructor championships have been won using Cosworth power. How many WDC have been awarded to drivers using Cosworth power? Seriously, they just got back into it. Give them a chance to improve. They will get it right. :)

They won 4 WDC and 5 WCC, not 5 WDC and 4 WCC as it states in this story.

1992 - Nigel Mansell - 1 WDC, 1 WCC
1993 - Alain Prost - 2 WDC, 2 WCC
1994 - Micheal Schumacher - 2 WDC, 3 WCC
1995 - Micheal Schumacher - 2 WDC, 3 WCC
1996 - Damon Hill - 3 WDC, 4 WCC
1997 - Jaques Villenuve - 4 WDC, 5 WCC

Thank you and goodnight

despite reservations about cosworths ability to provide a competitive engine, they are doing quite a good job. but williams are the only ones performing. ith a renault, they could be up with mclaren, but the cossie can still be developed, so it may catch up quite rapidly. williams are in a quandry, but the outcome could be interesting to see.

However, both (lotus, williams)teams insist that they are happy with the progress that Cosworth has made and say they have every intention of seeing through the long-term contracts they have with the Northampton-based engine maker.

And with Cosworth able to work on their engine all year long, it can only get better.

If it was my investment dollar in the Williams and I had a better option to get closer to a podium each week, I don't care whose engine is behind my driver. If it works and the chassis works and the sponsorship money is there so we can buy an Alonso, a Vettel etc, then get the best engine available. It is not about friends it is not about emotions...it is about having better sponsorship money coming into a team and winning. I'm sure Sir Frank is sick of running mid-field. Get the Renault...get what wins.

sunny. your mention of the ruston paralell the other day, brings to question. has there ever been a paralell engine in f1, or any motorsport? the brm h 16 is the closest that i can think off!
