Jenson Button keeps McLaren at top of timesheets and ends Friday practice in Turkey narrowly ahead of the Red Bull of Mark Webber.

I guess McLaren is testing the new parts and Lewis had the updates on in the first session and Jenson in the second session hence the lap times(Lewis' first session time was better than the second!)

Although Lewis was 0.962 faster in the first session but Jenson only managed to be 0.392 faster than Lewis...
But it's all just speculation.
