Despite overtaking more drivers than anybody else since his debut, I struggle to remember Lewis getting caught up in trouble like this. Even when drivers have very unfairly squeezed him,run him off the track, or just plain hit him, the desperate Alonso I remember clearly, Massa likewise, he avoids problems and makes very clean passes where no others can.

I completly agree with you Beeflin. Mclaren is great team and i love both the drivers they. Although i feel Button is a better driver which who can nurse the car all the way which helps him to push in the end. Mclaren team represent the English people in a very good way.

It's never a good thing to gloat over the mistakes of your enemies. As a McLaren fan, I'd say to the guys at Woking - mind your own business & get on with building a world-class team.

What impresses me about McLaren is their "never say die" attitude. Even after the team knew it was out of both championships, McLaren continued to develop its cars, finishing the season with a few wins that no one expected them to have. Being of African descent, I am proud of how Lewis has represented us (black people), and the whole human race for that matter. The same can be said of the "smooth operator" Button. Why Brawn was so obtuse to let Jenson jump ship is beyond me. Power on McLaren!

irlirie agree what you say. but the problem is why McLaren told lewis to save feul and not tell jenson?, even if why did they told lewis that the both cars are save fuel? i think there something that even lewis was hiding. i think McLaren didn't beleive when they see how lewis fightback queckly. because they told jeson after the move but not at sametime as told lewis

well, they very nearly made the same mistake. in fact, the cars did touch. both were told to turn down the wick, but one decided to catch the other off guard. after the failed attempt, he was again ordered to turn down the wick, and rapidly fell back, to prove a point. no wonder lulu looked upset on the podium.
