Hard to get your head round that, Stirling Moss backing Tilke for the Austin venue ? When you think of the fabulous circuits that Moss has driven it doesn't quite gel.

The only circuit that Tilke has had a hand in that is any good is probably Turkey, and even that is likely to be disputed by many. Bads far out weigh the goods, why oh why don't these people listen to the fans and use the great circuits as their template !! :? :? :? :?

The only reason the Turkey race was exciting was because of the Vettel/Webber crash. Before that, there weren't any retirements and the grid was the same as qualifying. He's not the man for the job, plain and simple.

Anyone else miss the old Hockenheim? we need another circuit with big straights, that way we might get some overtaking towards the end of them.
