F1 » Senna back in, Chandhok out of HRT for Hockenheim

The unexplained mid-season game of musical chairs at Hispania Racing (HRT) in F1 2010 will continue in this weekend's German Grand Prix at Hockenheim, as Bruno Senna returns and Karun Chandhok this time makes way for reserve driver Sakon Yamamoto...

If this "team" had any credibility left, then what remained has now gone! I don't think we'll be seeing HRT on the grid next season, maybe they won't even finish this one?!

Unlucky Karun. Probably the nicest guy on the grid, and gives so much time to the fans.

HRT is desperate for cash and it seems Yamamoto has a pocket full. What a shame for Chandhok and Senna. Maybe this is the future at HRT to bounce back and forth between Chandok, Senna and Yamamoto to bring in the much needed money. :?

WTF Chandhok has impressed under the circumstances he has been under this year. Now he gets replaced by a reserve driver who has to rest his neck after 2 laps. If anyone was to replace senna or chandhok then it should be Klien. This team is an absolute joke at least lotus and virgin have some principles.

I guess he clicked "reply to all" on Senna's email about Colin Kolles agreeing to all what Bruno had said about him.

This is his punishment from Kolles. It was this or detention after school and lines.

Mickey mouse outfit, to put Yamamoto in the the car once was puzzling, twice is pathetic. Both regular drivers are far better. Doomed like Super Aguri.

Karun has out performed Senna regularly,

Karun outperformed Yamamoto last weekend.

Karun has a fantastic personality and comes across very well when being interviewed, ie like he really cares about talking to the fans which is really refreshing to see, a lot of the other drivers give the distinct impression that talking to the fans is an Inconvenience.

I think that Karun has justified his continued presence in F1 and I for one hope that we see him back on the grid soon and in a decent car, V Mallya said in the winter that Karun needed to prove himself before he would consider him for a Force India seat - well I reckon he has done enough to deserve a chance.

si23. what exactly has he done??? run around at the back, tripping up others?? he may be a nice guy, but he would never merit a FI drive. Klien is by far the fastest, and even he cannot get a FI seat!
