Toyota is verry clever with this move. They come back in formula 1 bud stay on the site line. If it is going well then they bage the outfit toyota if it is going bad than they say its htr's mistake they just deliver support. The only question is are they also going to deliver the engine as htr has a cosworth contract or is collin going to brake this contract. And now it is also more clear why the japenese driver can step in toyota is for sure behind this

@ian i think your spot on there there wasn't no email or contract breaches it was HRT trying to brown nose for toyota and show toyota that they have the japanese driver to drag toyota into helping them

To all the "crash" experts, apparently HRT does know what it is doing and is not a clown effort. There is a method to the madness.

Like to see the manufacturers comeback in some form or fashion, impossible for the new teams to be competitive without some "factory" support.

Hispania Racing team 2011: no spanish drivers, hq in cologne and technology from Japan....hooray Spain!

When was Toyota the worst team ever in the past 8 years??

BMW had its lows of being crappy. Toyota was never ever crappy, even Ralf Schumacher had the privilege of scoring points with Toyota. It was pretty good
just that they never won

Some ppl here just talk smack

If HRT have to give one of their seats to a japanese driver next season in order to get this deal in place, Im going to feel sorry for either senna or chandhok if they have watch this new toyota designed car be instantly competitive, after spending their entire f1 career letting cars past them under the blue flags! I would like to see both drivers on the grid next year but there are alot of really promising drivers in both gp2 and f2 this year and some with some pretty wealthy sponsors!
