They won't be unless they start lying. Here is what FA said.

The Spaniard, though, is adamant he had no idea what was going on.

"Well I think I don't know what happened. I saw Felipe a little bit slow and I took the opportunity," he said.

If he brings this lie to FIA after yelling on the radio that it was ridiculous that Massa was slowing him. And now he knows nothing. But he is the master of lying. The lies had better be the same from all.

They should be penalised and this should amount to them scoring null points for the German GP. Anything less - like a reprimand, small time penalty or fine - will seriously damage the reputation of F1 that has already suffered enough scandals over the last couple of years.

It just goes to show massa is only in f1 for the money and doesn't deserve to win a world championship.
a real f1 driver wouldn't have rolled over like he did today.
ayrton senna, prost, piquet, mansell, schumacher, hakkinen, raikkonen, villenueve non of these would have done what massa did today thats why they are world champions and he aint.
you should hang your head in shame massa.
yes ferrari should be penalised and so should alonso and massa.

They should be thrown out. :-o The worry is that Jean Todd (FIA Chief) being close to Ferrari will allow Ferrari to 'buy' their result. I am also disappointed with Massa, if I were him I would have been bold and taken the win :D

Yes Ferrari have to be penalised, the rules are clear, no team orders. Ferrari are guilty of race fixing. They robbed the hard paying fans of a proper race and contrived an artifical result. If the FIA fail to act they will bring the sport into further disrepute. This is a black day for Formula One, at least the FIA can act in the best interests of all people associated with the sport and limit some of the damage. SD has to go too, for making such a crucial error of judgement. Probably exclude the team from this race and the next. At the very least exclude from this race.
