Force India F1 has been ordered to pay out more than €1 million in damages relating to unpaid fees for services provided by Italian aerodynamics company Aerolab - but that, it seems, is only round one...

If I was FI I wouldn't go to Monza or their trucks will be ceased....quite right too.

The IP wrangle is a separate issue, the company has to be paid.

Perhaps its time to stop going to Italy for racing. It seems every time there is a court case the Italians feel the need to seize everyone's assets. For a modern country the Italian legal system is a joke.
