Getting paid to rally while been paid by Ferrari not to race an F1 car, it's a tough life :)

Good for Kimi. Be interesting to see how he runs when he has experience of all the events and decent pace notes which this year is all about.

I, for one, am glad he's done with F1. He'd lost the fire and seemed far more interested in the money than in really racing. The last few years he'd lost the spark he had early on.

Be as cynical as you like, but it was clear even while he was in F1 that he was not really enjoying himself. In complete contrast to rallying. As he says, F1 is not everything and maybe some of you F1-groupies should get off your high horse and accept that maybe he is rallying because this sport is where his heart is, rather than the business of F1.

I am sure the life of f1 sounds great to most of us. But Kimis been there done that. Does not need the money,
and wants to enjoy life more than I am sure you can being in F1. I hope he comes back though. Everyone that dislikes him probally had a bad day back at the Brazilian GP 2007 :)
