A great track  A great race - although it could be a bit more long, say 60 laps rather thasn 44 laps. Just wish there was more F1 like this!! :D

Once again Spa tests drivers and weather forecasters and finds both wanting!

Just before the race - "No rain for 30 minutes" and yet what did we see on the on-board cameras on the very first lap - spots'n'drops.

John, if the race was longer then I'm not sure the fuel tanks would be big enough to get to the end of a dry race. Shame though, because the laps fly by. Unlike Bahrain which felt like it lasted for about 250 laps.

Woooohoooohooooo!!!

Well that was a race and a half!!! :D

When Hamilton went into the gravel :-o but other than that a perfect drive from a truly brilliant driver. SO happy and now he's really on his way to a 2nd great WDC :D

Vettel, what the hell was going on? He's way too wreckless and unpredicatble to win this championship!!!
Wrong place wrong time for Button, gutted for him but **** happens and this now puts him equal with Hamilton in terms of faultless DNFs.
Webber, brilliant recovery, most probably driven by beating Vettel. :p
Kubica, just great...except the pit stop
Alonso :p

Overall, amazing race and bring on Monza :D :D :D

Button acted nicely as a rear gunner. The damage to his wing wasn't that bad. Can't help but be suspicious.

How Hamilton got away with going off is so ruddy annoying. He is surely in league with the devil!

The "old man" did well - 14 places. He claerly still has it!

And Barrichellos 300th race was really amazing. I'll admit, I laughed. :p

Andrew: "Button acted nicely as a rear gunner. The damage to his wing wasn't that bad. Can't help but be suspicious."

If you think there were team orders for Button to hold up the pack while Hamilton got away then I think they must have forgotten to tell Button because he definitely had a look at getting round Hamilton in the early stages.

The gravel trap was a big will he? won't he? moment wasn't it, but I have to say Hamilton did well to keep a level head and get resist the urge to throttle it. I think one of the two Ferraris did a good escape job as well earlier in the race, but cannot think now if it was Alonso or Massa.

@ Hannah Curb your enthusiasm Hannah and I don't want to rain on your parade! But, I'm a little worried about the races after Monza! Those tracks are taylored towards the Redbull! So, excuse me if I can't share in your excitement and glee!

Whilst Vettel needs to learn more how to race in close quarters, he has, at least, taken the blame and apologised to Button. A step forward in his road to maturity, I think.
