Maybe Whitmarsh forgets the end of the 2007 season when his boy blew the championship and the gresatest ever lead to be lost in such a short time. He also choked in 2008 before he got some outside help...both very basic schoolboy errors...

I'm sorry but I've looked at this crash many times on video and it clearly shows Vettel firstly looking inside, then pulling out on the outside at the last second...now here is where he blew it...he pulled out to far and then over corrected trying to bring it back, you could see from in car camera he had to much lock on his steering wheel. Pretty much snap oversteer occured and I believe that Martin is being extremely diplomatic here.
Maybe a lesson in this for Helmet Marko to look how Martin has conducted himself. Jenson has clearly stated he did not brake earlier...he did absolutely nothing wrong and the on board camera and telemetry backs this up.

taz. there has been NO info, as yet, as to the reason for alonsos spin. as you know, i am not a fan of alonso, but it is possible that the car, after receiving such a hefty bang from barro, was compromised in its handling. it is also within the realms of possibility, that some part of the car, cried enough, and caused the car to spin. i gues we will not know, until such a time as a statement is issued.
if it was purely down to alonso, then he rightly deserves criticism, but if it was down to car problem, we have to cut him some slack.

I don't think anyone doubts Vettels fault, and hopefully he will learn from it, but this frequent hypocrisy from McLaren is getting tiresome. Perhaps Whitmarsh should look at what some of his drivers have done in recent years before complaining about other people.

I forgot the bang rubens give his Ferrari, if that's the case then fair enough, looked to me like he lost it on the kerb giving it a boot full but maybe not as you say.
