F1 » Jordan: 'Not good enough' Schumacher deserves the sack

Rarely afraid of pulling punches, BBC F1 pundit Eddie Jordan - the man who gave Michael Schumacher his big break in the top flight back in 1991 - reckons the German should now be 'sacked' before he gets 'slaughtered'

Eddie is only saying what everybody is thinking. If that were any other driver IN THE Mercedes... be it Nico Rosberg, Nick Heidfeld... ANYONE driving at the same level and standard that Schumacher currently is, they would be shown the door. The only thing that is keeping Schumacher in that seat at the minute is his legacy, the fact that he is German and above all the huge embarrassment that Mercedes Benz would suffer from bringing back the legend that is Michael Schumacher, & then having to drop the 7 time world champion because he is no longer up to standard... Mercedes Benz are properly stuck between a rock & a hard place with this one... Tee Hee!!!

So its the usual someone is quoted in an interview, Crash then presents it in a 'news of the world style headline' and then loads of people come on here giving their opinion about the quoted persons lack of right to give their opinion in the first place!
Seems to be the same every week

eddie may still be a little bit upset that schuey jumped ship last century, schuey is afterall beating vitaly petrov and keeping mercedes ahead of renault in fourth place in the constructors race, he is though now behind the penalised adrian suttil in the 'german league'.
