Prost was always known as the Professor - he thought with his brain as well as his ability to pedal fast. Yet again he shows he thinks. Schumacher should have been more English in his statements - ie I'm going to have another go let's see what happens. No way - he is Schumacher full of bravado and bully boy tactics

More fuel for the shameless Schumi bashers...

Yawn.

Write off Schumacher at your peril.

Everyone who underestimates him is setting themselves up for egg on their faces when he performs next year.

The man has nothing to lose. He is a legend, an average season, with glimpses of brilliance, at the age of 41 does not detract from the records he has shattered and all his achievements.
Schumi will win again in 2011..

F1Guru7 - You are jesting obviously, i'm afraid to say Schumacher will not win another grand prix, even if he races for 5 years.
The game has moved on,it would be the same if Rossi quit MOTOGP for three years he'd not win either if he returned, it's too long a time to be out of it.

Maybe Alain is lamenting the fact that he wasn't quite in the same league as Schumacher. He came back because he was all but guaranteed a title in '93..Elf wouldn't stump up his demands of another 20 gas stations for him to continue in '94 and Frank Williams was bored stiff watching him....the sprightly Schumacher had already given him notice he was on borrowed time so he took the team route with McLaren, even tested their cars..this he only did to get good inside knowledge to set his own team up.

I think there are many factors contributing to MS failed come back - its a more competitive field than in Prost's days - the cars are much closer matched - three years away is along time as well & yes, the age/reaction factor is also a big part,

I fear 2011 will be an action replay of this year for MS
