On the eve of a race that could prove pivotal to the destiny of the F1 2010 crown, Felipe Massa has been warned that should Interlagos become Hockenheim Mark II, he will 'leave in handcuffs'...

A bunch of bull. They didn't arrest anyone when they went back to Singapore this year. Now FA says I wish massa wins both of the last races. It's all a farce. Just run team orders as usual and everything will be ok.

Its just a Brazilian lawyer trying to make a name for himself pointless really. if massa got arrested for helping Fernando F1 probably wouldn't go back to Brazil

Wow so if in soccer one passes the ball to another to score the point then he should be handcuffed. I think not! Hold on what about cycling in the Tour De France. Perhaps this Judge should be put in hand cuffs for interfering with a team sport on the out come of a race. May be he should be released of his duties for making threats. F1 is a team sport and just because Massa is Brazilian does not mean that his nationality should take precedent over another or the team. Imagine the reversal in Valencia with Alonso, would that sound right. Are we not tired of flag waving. Is this not what happened at Mclaren in 08. This is why the World Cup Soccer sucks it just perpetuates segregation among the same species...You can't live your life with regional bloodline mentality.........or how pretty he/she is!

What a joke and I concur with other posts it is just a local lawyer trying to make a name for himself. I believe F1 fans collectively would say to the prosecutor "blow it out your a$$"

What next-if you DNF in your home country, you get the firing squad?A load of rubbish...F1 is a team sport, and helping your teammate, when your chances of winning are nil,is a given. If he had a chance,I am sure he would hesitate,as he should, but come on...
