Unless they up their game considerably they are going to be plumb last again next year.

Both HRT and Lotus have signed technical partnerships for next year, HRT getting the whole Williams rear end (not sure if a flywheel kers comes with that) and Lotus getting Red Bull transmissions and Renault engines. Lotus have got their new wind tunnel online as well.

What major deals have Virgin got? Haven't heard them coming out with anything new, sticking with the CFD designs etc......... Not looking good at all.
