agree with what mansell said he should be able to over take.I know it easy to say that here but other driver did over take

Yas Marina circuit has those "Tilke corners" which making over-taking nearly impossible.

Have to agree with 'Nige',Abu Dhabi Grand Prix was pathetic.Alonso & Webber seemed quite happy to play follow my leader for 90 minutes,they were both useless.The pinnacle of motorsport,I think not.

Completely agree on how boring the race was, I had been looking forward to it, but in the end it was incredibly dull.

Why wouldn't F-1 want the drivers to have fresh engines for the title race. They ckept saying on Speed that these engines all had a lot of miles on them. For the last round, everyone should be allowed a fresh engine no matter how many were used during the season. And while we're at it bring back refueling. Having someone pit on lap 1 and then be holding up 2-3 cars while they nurse their tires is crap.

There are a few things wrong with the circuit. They should remove the chicane where Schumacher spun. It would create an overtaking opportunity into the hairpin. Plus there would be more chance of someone messing up the hairpin thus creating more opportunities on the straight. They need to do something so that going off of the circuit actually is a disadvantage. We saw lots of people go very wide without losing anything. I am also getting tired of slow corners at the ends of long straights. We need more 130Rs.

The GP2 race was not much better so the track is mostly to blame.

I have to agree with Nigel Mansell, I was really looking forward to a big showdown with the top 4 in the title hunt, and a terrific scrap. but, we were all denied that possibility by the lack of overtaking caused by people who frankly were not in the title hunt spoiled a good finale. Dont get me wrong but Petrov and Kubica had great races, for once, but they spoiled the finale. As for Alonso, I'd pick a different poker partner rather than Kubica, the penalty given after being run off the circuit by the Pole cost him the title.

Realfan, that only shows its better to have Kubica with you than against you.

Ferrari has only itself to blame, they could have had RK, top driver, with them but decided against it. And it cost them a title or both titles even

So you want the rule changing to read "Everyone gets seven engines for the season, plus an eighth which can only be used in the last race?" Everyone had the option of keeping one new engine for the finale. They chose not to. Remind me again how many cars blew their old clapped out engines in Abu Dhabi.
