a nasty accident, and kovi was lucky that the angled concrete wall did not flip the car. glad he and girlfriend are ok.

michele mouton also flipped her swb audi! without injury thankfully.

Wasn't his fault apparently...

v8. kovi clipped the wall BEFORE the finish line, breaking the rear suspension, which was awry as he went over the finish. i dont know how the throttle jammed, but as these werent road cars, it is possible that part of the broken suspension also jammed the throttle. as soon as he tried to turn, the car spun into the wall.

have a look at the video, you can see the car hitting the wall before the line, and as he is alongside loeb, you can see the right rear wheel, askew.
