There are a lot of people who wanted to see Lewis humbled a bit. Unfortunately blaming unforced errors on personal issues shows that he really is not taking responsibility for those errors. Most people say that racing is the one time that they don't think about their problems.

Lewis does seem to make more errors when the pressure is really on. It has been this way since his rookie season. Until he finds a way to overcome that it will be a weakness that others can exploit.

While I will admit that factors outside of the car and track are important to the mental strength of an athlete, for LH to say this is pretty weak. He makes these claims as if no one else had to endure challenges in their personal lives (MW's shoulder?).

It's understood LH did not have the best car, and the sooner he understands he will not always have the best car under him the better off he will be. What he needs to do is get on with the job and work with what is given to him. He needs to stop complaining to the team over the radio. His tone is as if the team is working against him.

LH - The team is pushing like crazy behind you to win. Be graeful. You are not best or last McLaren driver to grace the team.

Tealeaf is sooo right, the Ron Dennis creation Lewis Hamilton will not win anymore WDC's as he peaked two years ago and is on the downward side of his bell curve, proof is in the pudding last year, this year and the decline will continue as long as he is in F-1.Santander grabbed a clue and got the h*ll out, smart, question is when will McLaren wise up and flush Lewis Hamilton as he will surly be circling the bowl in 2011 and beyond.Hard to believe this was the same team that Prost and Senna drove for.

honestly, i dont believe this. it is hamilton trying to make everyone think hes a better driver than he is by blaming his poor drives on personal things. most of these were of his own doing but he has to stay focused to be a true great.

Blah, blah, blah...obviously the Hamster can't handle pressure. He won the WDC once. He had his chances and the competition is getting to him. So long lulu.
