Sir Jackie Stewart joins the likes of F1 2010 world champion, Sebastian Vettel and two-time Indianapolis 500 winner Dario Franchitti in calling for Force India to give Paul di Resta a seat at the pinnacle of the sport.

I wonder what Santander shareholders will say about the tens of millions they spend on buying Alonso's seat and with it, Kimi's toys to crash in the mud, when everybody finds out their economy has gone totally t1ts up.

I've raced both di resta and jamie green back in their karting days and green wasn't even in the same league! Di resta is the real deal and definately deserves a shot in f1.

Okay. Addition good for F1,so let him start with a backmarker team and then join ForceIndia i.e after he gets experience. Or else ForceIndia won't even get 8th place in the constructors c'ship.
