In a shock announcement, Narain Karthikeyan - a man who has not begun a grand prix in more than five years - has revealed that he has signed a deal to race for Hispania Racing (HRT) in F1 2011

great!! i always thought he never got his due during his formula1 days.his car had mechanical failures in 3 our of his 5 retirements..even,greats like emerson fitipaldi said so after his stint in A1gp.

Indian driver on the grid with an upcoming Indian GP. I wonder how instrumental in this that MrE was?

He wasn't too shabby but he was in an abysmal Jordan so measuring how good his performance is difficult. He certainly deserves another shot so good luck to him.
