For all his great skill and experience, DC used to really tee me off with the way he ridiculed EJ, who was right at least half the time. Coulthard is where he should be, close to the race and with his big head held in check, and EJ can get in with his job without being pontificated on. And especially I'm looking forward to hearing the driest wit in F1 take pole position in the commentary box.

I really think we should be glad that the BBC still is continuing in spending a huge amount of cash to bring us F1. I did not like the ITV presentation because of all the commercial breaks.
So give us all a break chaps and congratulate the Beeb on supporting our interests.

Well I like him!And, having done most of it,he does know what he is talking about.At least more than the self opinionated prats that grace this forum.(including myself!)
