wow. webbers manager criticising him? but he is probably right. as briatore is paid to be webbers manager, webber should have revealed the injury to him, and taken advice on how to handle the issue.

Shoulder and collarbone fractures are the most common injuries from falls - ask any pro-rider.

But I doubt if he meant, in any way, to diminish Vettel's achievement. That reasoning sounds more like Briatore's way of thinking..
