Tony Fernandes has claimed that 'the good do always eventually win' after the High Court in London brought forward the date of its hearing into the Lotus branding row to 21 March.

A life sentence is 20 years. Proton has no grounds to revoke or terminate the Fernades name. Odds are to be fair both teams might have to pull out in terms of names to be "fair".

You must be a lawyer to know such things I dont think Proton are trying to terminate Fernandes name quite the opposite they wanrt Fernandes to use his own name.
