Too early? Some people are talking as if there needs to be a respectable period of mourning or something. Kubica is out for several races certainly, probably the whole season if not more, and nothing that other drivers or teams do is going to change that. The season starts in a month and they've only got a limited number of opportunities to test between now and then, so the sooner they start looking at their driver options, the better.

Good idea Luzzi. Sit and wait until you are called. It's clear to all but him that Robert will NOT be back this year. He will have additional surgeries in a few weeks. The arms and legs will have lost all or nearly all muscle tone. It can happen in one week let alone months. This isn't the movies. But I do pray for a full recovery for Robert and hope to see him back in the seat in 2012.
